I have had the pleasure of working with start-ups, small businesses and medium enterprises across a variety of sectors.  While their HQs were primarily in the UK or US, their ambitions were global so digital marketing became a key forum for generating business overseas. I have worked with large complex organisations operating across 58 international markets. I have launched clients on social platforms in China and managed  international campaigns in real time. My experience working with this level of complexity makes me well placed to advise on a strategy for expansion or to help make existing international marketing more efficient.

Staff in small and medium enterprises have often grown with a company, filling a skill gap by extending their remit or graduating from intern to employee.  This ad hoc approach to staff management in an effort to meet business needs  often doesn't foster a knowledge of specialist best practice. I work to empower staff with concrete knowledge based on industry trends as well as my own experience.
